Shipping will normally take between 10 and 15 working days.

However, we do often keep stock inhouse for various tube requests.

Payments by Card will incure a 3% admin fee

Payments by Bank Transfer, Purchase Orders or Cheques will NOT incure any processing costs. 

Shipping charges apply to all orders regardless of size.

Please note that all tubes supplied come with a 3 year manufacturer warranty.

Returns Carrier & Handling Costs

Please note: Warranties cover only the tube replacement cost but do not cover postage and packaging  of any replacement tubes.  Charges for handling and replacement costs for LED tubes are to the value of half the purchase cost per tube regardless of length size of tube:
